Dr. Teresa Suarez is Board Certified Obstetrician Gynecologist who specializes in the care of women of all ages. Her clinical focus includes Gynecology and Cosmetics.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Dr. Suarez is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, an Associate of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and an Associate of the American Academy of Cosmetic Gynecology. She has authored several medical journals.

EDUCATION

Dr. Suarez holds a Bachelor of Science from City College of New York and a medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed an Internal Medicine internship at Metropolitan Hospital in New York City and an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Jacobi-Albert Einstein Medical Center in New York. She served as Chief Resident in her final year.

Before entering private practice in New Jersey, Dr. Suarez spent four years as a teaching assistant at Montefiore and Central Bronx Hospitals. There, in addition to engaging in the practice of general Obstetrics and Gynecology, she practiced Adolescent Gynecology.

PERSONAL

Dr. Suarez was born in Cuba and settled in New York City, where she attended public high school. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Presently, she lives and practices in Bergen County, New Jersey. She is married and has two children.
